IFS has is a 100% employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The move to an ESOP several years ago reflects IFS’s values and actively showcases commitment to employee fulfillment and successes. All eligible employees will earn a yearly allocation of stock, allowing them to earn ownership through their service.
