IMPORTANT INFORMATION: COVID-19 Preventative Measures

March 19, 2020

In consideration of the continued spread of COVID-19, Integrated Facility Services (IFS) would like to outline our procedures to reassure our customers of the steps that we are taking to prevent the potential of community spread. IFS has put into place new policies and procedures with regards to our overall interaction with customers, partners, vendors and employees. We wanted to connect directly with you to share the steps we are taking to keep you safe, while continuing to serve your business needs.

To inhibit the spread of the virus, we have cancelled travel for all our employees for business purposes. We have also asked our employees to report any level of exposure to this virus.

We have instituted additional safety measures to include enhanced cleaning procedures, hygiene awareness, as well as communication with all IFS employees on hand washing and other preventive measures. We have implemented self-reporting protocols as well as a quarantine requirement for anyone that is symptomatic of any illness. We have requested that employees inform IFS of any recent or planned travel to area of high risk as defined by the CDC.

In addition, we’ve limited the number of person-to-person business meetings by requesting these be reduced as much as possible. In an increased effort to slow the potential spread, we will also begin restricting visitor access to our facilities beginning 3/23/2020.

We are prepared to navigate through these challenging circumstances with your safety and confidence in us at the forefront of everything we do. We appreciate your business and will continue to give insight regarding our efforts in containing COVID-19. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Sincerely,
Mike Schwaller
Safety Director
