As part of the renovation of Gray Design Group’s corporate headquarters in Maplewood, Missouri, we upgraded the HVAC system to meet the client’s air conditioning zoning needs and to maximize efficiency.  The new HVAC system features a split system solution for the 14,000-square-foot space and improves utilization of the existing rooftop unit capacity while adding individual controls for several conference rooms. We performed building load calculations and adjusted outside air ventilation without affecting employee comfort and HVAC control.

The project achieved LEED Silver Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. IFS Project Managers supported Gray Design Group throughout the complicated LEED certification submittal and review process.
