ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI –Richard Paist of Springfield, Missouri, has joined Integrated Facility Services (IFS) as Senior Project Engineer. Paist is working on 51st and Oak, a new mixed-use development in Kansas City, MO; and The Ranch, an Epworth Living Community senior living project in Stillwater, OK.  IFS is a St. Louis-based HVAC, plumbing, piping, fire protection and building automation firm.

Paist has more than 40 years of experience in industrial, commercial and government construction projects. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Geneva College and studied Mechanical Engineering at Drexel University.
