IFS offers both Bid/Build and Design/Build project delivery methods. Our service and Quality of Care Planned Maintenance Programs will keep your system operating at optimum performance and peak energy efficiency.
We bring state-of-the-art HVAC experience and expertise to the Design/Build process. Working in tandem with the architect, owner, general contractor and other team members, we consider the site location, solar orientation, building usage, special use areas, construction methods, optimum energy utilization, green energy opportunities and other parameters to design the mechanical systems.
We then prepare a proposal detailing your project and our Written Guaranteed System Performance and Written Guaranteed Price.
Once we receive commitment to proceed, we collaborate closely with all team members. During the design phase, we prepare preliminary system schematics and drawings for equipment selection, sizing and interference studies. Our construction department coordinates the entire project, from scheduling to installation. Finally, we test and balance all systems and provide complete operation and maintenance instructions, wiring and control diagrams, and “as-built” drawings.

For a fixed annual fee, we provide inspections, testing and analysis, and maintenance as recommended by the manufacture. Our Planned Maintenance clients receive preferred scheduling for service and repairs. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!
